WYSIWYG Content Editor

WebPress' content management editor incorporates a "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) interface.  WebPress content management users can simply type into the content window and use familiar "Word-like" formatting tools to generate rich-text content that includes graphics, hyperlinks, tables and colors. WebPress will automatically generate the HTML code.

Additional flexibility in the WebPress Pro content management system is provided with the WYSIWYG Source & Preview modes.  In the Source View mode WebPress users can view and edit the HTML source for completely granular control of content.

OnPage™ Content Editing

Locating and correcting errors in live web content is fast and and easy with the "In Place" editing capabilities or OnPage.  WebPress users can simply login to WebPress and then browse their website like normal.  Now logged in, the WebPress user will see editing controls next to each piece of editable content.  When the user locates the content they want to edit, they simply click on the Edit icon and begin making changes directly on the web page.  When they are finished editing, a simple click on the Save icon will save the changes and instantly update the website.

Copy & Paste Content Formatting

WebPress Pro's intelligent WYSIWYG content editor recognizes and preserves most Microsoft®  formatted documents allowing for true cut and paste content editing.  Moving an MSWord® document to the web is as simple as copying the document and pasting it into the WebPress WYSIWYG editor.  The WebPress editor will automatically convert the document into HTML formatted content complete with rich-text, graphics, hyperlinks, tables and colors.

Unlimited Content Management System Users

The Administrator has unrestricted access to WebPress Pro and has the ability to assign, create and edit users of the content management system as needed, there is not limit to the number of users that can be created.  Additionally, WebPress Pro offers a flexible content management workflow system to assign users to specific tasks.
